Return & Refund

You can return anything you have ordered from Barbell Republic to us within 14 days of receipt if we made mistakes such as delivering wrong product, wrong size, wrong quantity or damaged goods. Please note that we have to deduct the return shipping fee of €4.90 from your refund as all items have been produced and sent individually for you.

That's how it's done:

1) Send us an email and explain the reason for your return.

2) Print out the return receipt that we will send you.

3) Hand in the parcel at any DHL Partner Shop

Complete!

We will not issue a refund for products that are returned repackaged or not in their original packaging.
If you have not requested a refund within the 14-day cooling-off period, you will lose that option and will not receive a refund. Intentionally damaged components cannot be refunded.

* Please note, the return policy applies only for Germany and EU countries.


After examining the products you have returned, we will immediately issue a refund for the corresponding value of the goods minus the return shipping fee of €4.90.

Please note that it can take up to 30 days between receipt of your return and the refund. You will be notified immediately by email when the credit is issued. The same payment method that you chose when placing your order will be used for the refund.

Refund when paying via (SEPA) direct debit: Please note that it can take up to 5 working days for the refund to appear in your account.

Refund when paying by credit card: Please note that the refund will only appear on your next credit card statement.

Cancellation: You can only request a refund within 24 hours of purchase.
